Video Editors - Include.org

Include Project

Include.org is an exciting and innovative charity based in Redhill, Surrey with a choir in Merstham and in Epsom.

Include is a charity whose aim is to improve the lives and rights of those with speaking and communication disabilities. We provide invaluable services to many people in Surrey whatever their ability

We encourage people to join us with or without communication difficulties, promoting awareness in the community. We also deliver training to organisations on how to better support people with communication difficulties.

Video is a valuable and effective communication tool - for our members, and for the charity, and so we rely on a team of skilled video makers and video volunteers to help our members tell their story and have their voices heard.

We are looking for proactive, imaginative and committed people with video creation skills to join us and make a difference to the lives of people with communication challenges.

There are a range of video-making opportunities available in person or remote, regular or project based.

The Award-Winning Include Choir is made up of people with and without learning or communication disabilities; to raise awareness of inclusive communication The Include Choir sings, signs and shares weekly song videos on our YouTube Channel.

As well as our weekly shorts, our Video creation team make creative song videos and explainer videos which are shared throughout the year, but particularly during November and December as part of our annual fundraising campaigns

This role is perfect for anyone with a passion for using video to tell a story and to give people a voice. Our weekly videos are about 1 minute long, and are created to a deadline; our Campaign Videos are longer and involve a wider range of skills and team-work. Your work will be shared on website and social media platforms.

Volunteering weekly, fortnightly or on a project basis, this is a great way to gain experience alongside a dedicated, fun-loving team whilst helping to make a difference to people at the greatest risk of isolation.
