Love me Love My Mind (CSVA)

Love Me Love My Mind is a small registered charity based in Epsom Surrey which aims to promote better understanding of mental health and to support the well-being of everyone in the community.

Love cooking? Want to make a real difference in your community?

Love Me Love My Mind is looking for Volunteer Cooks to help prepare a homemade evening meal for 25–30 people at our Monday Drop-in at St Barnabas Church, Temple Road, Epsom. KT19 8HA.

Our meals are about more than food — they’re about connection, comfort, and community for people who may be experiencing loneliness, poor mental health, or difficult life circumstances.

What you’ll be doing

  • Preparing and cooking a nutritious homemade meal
  • Working in a friendly, supportive environment
  • Helping create a warm, welcoming space for our community


What skills do I need?

Who we’re looking for

  • Confident home cooks (no professional experience needed)
  • Reliable, friendly, and community-minded
  • Able to work independently or as part of a small team
  • Food hygiene awareness desirable (training can be supported)
