Love me Love My Mind (CSVA)

Love Me Love My Mind is a small registered charity based in Epsom Surrey which aims to promote better understanding of mental health and to support the well-being of everyone in the community.

Role Purpose 

To work as part of a creative team to raise the profile of Love Me Love My Mind. You will focus on creating posts, scheduling content, and helping the communications lead with email and marketing campaigns. 

Main Responsibilities 

  • Social Media Execution: Draft and post engaging updates for our social media channels based on the Lead's strategy. 
  • Community Outreach: Submit project/event details to local Epsom "What's On" guides and community boards. 
  • Content Support: Assist the Lead in gathering stories, photos (with consent), or quotes from our sessions and ongoing projects to use in the monthly newsletter. 
  • Team Collaboration: Attend brief monthly team check-ins to share ideas and take on tasks assigned by the Communications Lead. 

What skills do I need?

Skills & Experience 

  • Social Media Savvy: Comfortable using Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn for more than just personal use. 
  • Creative Flair: An eye for simple design (experience with Canva is a huge plus) and clear, friendly writing. 
  • Reliability: Ability to manage your own time and meet small weekly deadlines. 
  • Empathy: A sensitive approach to discussing mental health topics and a commitment to LMLMM's inclusive values.
