Volunteer Bookkeeper and Operational Support

Holme Farm is a community project in New Haw, Surrey. We’re creating a space where people can connect, learn, and support each other through nature, wellbeing activities, and hands-on projects. We’re looking for someone who can take care of our day-to-day bookkeeping while also lending a hand with other operational business support related to the running of the project. This is a varied role where you’ll balance numbers and admin with helping us stay organised as we grow. You’ll be part of a friendly team who share a passion for making Holme Farm a thriving community hub.

What skills do I need?

We'd love to hear from you if:

• You have bookkeeping experience
• Are confident with accounting software such as Xero
• Are organised and detail-focused
• Are comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a small team
