Their Voice (VASE)
Very rewarding opportunity to support a charity founder and change lives behind the scenes.
Their Voice is a UK charity supporting women and families who have experienced modern slavery, exploitation and trafficking. We provide practical essentials, empowerment workshops and community-based support to help survivors rebuild their lives with dignity and hope.
We are looking for an organised and reliable Virtual Executive Assistant to support the Founder of Their Voice with day-to-day administrative tasks. The role can be fully remote and would suit someone able to volunteer one morning per week, ideally on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, as this aligns with the Founder’s current commitments. While mornings are preferred, there is flexibility within those days.
This is a genuinely rewarding role for someone who enjoys bringing calm, structure and support to meaningful work. You’ll help with emails, preparing documents, creating PowerPoint presentations, and supporting community talks and empowerment workshops. Your work will directly support services that make a real difference to survivors’ lives.
