Camberley & District Job Club are looking to recruit a new Chair of their Board to assist in the running of the Job Club going forwards.  

We are a voluntary organisation whose aim is "to support individuals in their search for employment, training and volunteering activities and to assist them in overcoming barriers and issues they may encounter."

We support Surrey Heath residents looking for work to identify their strengths and provide them with guidance on applying for jobs.  Could you be part of this process to help people of all ages looking for new employment or a change of direction?

What skills do I need?

Be happy to represent the Job Club at events.

A good team player sensitive to other members' opinions.

Leadership skills to inspire the board.

Trustworthy and discreet in dealing with confidential data.

You work with our clients, who are looking for jobs, helping with CVs, job searches and job applications. An opportunity to become a member of our management committee helping to drive the job Club forward and, if appropriate, to take on the Chair person role (after an initial period of working with our clients to understand the Job Club).
