Join Our Youth Volunteer Team!

Are you someone who enjoys connecting with young people and making a real difference? We’re looking for enthusiastic adults to join our vibrant volunteer team on Thursday evenings from 6:00–8:30pm

✨ What you’ll do:

Spend at least one hour each week building meaningful, positive relationships with young people—because creating a safe, welcoming space starts with genuine connection.
Bring your own passions and skills to share, or jump in with our awesome team-led activities. Whether you love art, sports, music, gaming, cooking, or simply good conversation, there’s a place for you here!

What skills do I need?

We’re seeking volunteers who bring warmth, enthusiasm, and a genuine interest in supporting young people. The ideal volunteer will have:

Strong communication skills – able to listen well, chat comfortably, and connect with young people in a positive way.
Reliability and consistency – regular attendance is essential for building trust and maintaining a safe, stable environment.
A friendly and encouraging attitude – helping create a space where young people feel welcome and valued.
Patience and empathy – recognising that every young person has their own experiences, challenges, and strengths.
Good teamwork skills – willing to collaborate, communicate, and support fellow volunteers.
Clear boundaries and professionalism – understanding the importance of safeguarding and appropriate behaviour.
A sense of fun and enthusiasm – ready to help create an enjoyable, energising environment for everyone involved.
