The Cosy Corner Cafe (SH)

Surrey Heath Age Concern's tea room The Cosy Corner in Camberley town centre needs your help! 

We are looking for assistants to help run the cafe. This would involve serving tea and coffee, preparing light refreshments and handling money.  We have a team of volunteers who help to support each other.

The Cosy Corner Cafe is a little haven for people of all ages, helping raise funds for SH Age Concern and providing a pleasant place to take a break whilst out in the town centre where you can meet lots of friendly faces and have a chat.  We aim to talk to all customers to make them feel welcome. 

This is a fun role for an outgoing person who thrives in a busy environment.

What skills do I need?

Be a caring person with a sense of humour. 

Enjoy being with and talking to people. Be happy to engage with customers to make them feel welcome. 

Be confident making tea and coffee, light refreshments and handling payments. 

Be reliable, the Cafe depends on you being there!
