Be the Friendly Face of Hospice Care – Retail Volunteer at Sandhurst Shop

Join the vibrant volunteer team at the Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice shop in College Town, Sandhurst, and make a real difference in your community. Our shops are often the first place people encounter our charity, so your role will be key in offering a warm welcome and great customer experience.

You'll help with receiving and sorting donations, steaming, pricing, and displaying items, promoting our Gift Aid scheme, and operating the till. You'll also assist customers in-store and over the phone. Volunteers work flexibly between Monday and Saturday, from 9am to 5pm, with a minimum shift of two hours.

This is a fantastic opportunity to build confidence, gain retail experience, support a local cause, and meet friendly, like-minded people. All training is provided, and we welcome volunteers from age 14 (Duke of Edinburgh participants) or 16+ otherwise.

What skills do I need?

A helpful attitude, good communication, basic numeracy, and team spirit.
