Facilitator

Silent Storms offers support for men with their mental health. 

We are looking for a team of Facilitators to assist running the club who are available Monday evenings from 18.00 - 21.30.

All new Facilitators will attend the in-house training, held at the Aldershot Club, before helping run a session. There will be ongoing support for volunteers. 

Facilitator:

• Is NOT a counsellor or a professional or there to offer advice.  They are a member of the group.
• Key role is to ask questions provided
• Keep the flow of the group.

Assist in the general tasks associated in running of the weekly sessions.
