Gardening for the Community

Chertsey Bowling Club need your help to maintain their gardens which used to be tended by the Council.  It is not possible for some of our aging members to do this anymore and as the club gets many visitors throughout the season, we need help to weed, varnish the wooden benches, sweep the pavilion, clean the pavilion furniture and keep the borders of the green cut back.

We would be grateful for any help you can offer on any morning.  The location is Chertsey Recreation Ground, Guildford Road, Chertsey KT16 9BW. 

What skills do I need?

Whatever your skill set, if you are willing to help, we can work around what you might like to do e.g.: gardening, painting, sweeping
