Fundraising and Event Volunteer

Just a Helping Hand supports those who are homeless and vulnerable. We'd really appreciate volunteers who can help to raise awareness of Just a Helping Hand and support our fundraising initiatives, whether that be supporting regularly every week or on an ad-hoc basis for events throughout the year. Volunteers will support with a range of tasks including:

• Supporting our fundraising events 
• Sorting through donations and preparing items for sale at clothing events
• Serving refreshments during social and fundraising events
• Setting up and running promotional stalls

We don't expect you to commit to all events, but any support will make a difference.

What skills do I need?

No specific skills required but we particularly welcome reliable volunteers who are willing to tackle a range of jobs

Timing and location depends on the nature of the events and where they are being hosted.
