Home-Start Spelthorne is a local charity dedicated to supporting families from all backgrounds and cultures, who are going through challenging times. 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Fundraising & Publicity Volunteer to join our wonderful team, 'Friends of Home-Start'. You will be part of a dynamic team passionate about raising the profile of Home-Start Spelthorne and vital funds. 

This volunteer role is perfect for someone looking for a fun and flexible opportunity with an enthusiastic team. We have monthly planning meetings and ad hoc events, such as coffee mornings, sporting or musical fundraising events, running stalls and we also help with fundraising by identifying local sponsors, organising and collecting raffle prizes, putting up posters, baking cakes.... the list is endless. As a Friend of Home-Start Spelthorne, you would be involved in the planning and organising of such events.

What skills do I need?

You do not require any particular skills for this role other than a friendly manner and the drive to raise awareness and funds for our charity, so we can continue to support families in need.
