We’re looking for volunteers for our Dealing with Depression group in Chertsey. This is a structured group aimed at individuals who wish to develop coping strategies to better manage their depression, with a focus on goal setting to promote wellbeing.

What skills do I need?

If you’re interested in supporting people with their mental health and wellbeing, are approachable and able to communicate well, we’d love to hear from you.
