Committee Members

Head2Head Sensory Theatre (VASE)

Our volunteer-led charity is seeking local committee members to run Drewshearne Barn.  Opened in early 2025 our Barn Hub is building up community activities.  We have occasional corporate team support but we are seeking to form a local committee that can carry out the following duties on a regular basis to ensure the premises are well run and maintained:

  • gardener:  Supervision and/or maintenance of two low hedges + two raised flower beds, car park surface strimming and weed control!
  • booking clerk:  Hire of premises.  Ensure premises are undamaged before deposit returned. Admin support will be provided.
  • caretaker:  Weekly supervision and/or cleaning of premises.
  • handyman:  maintenance of premises
  • painter:  maintenance of premises
  • qualified electrician:  maintenance of premises
  • plumber:  maintenance of premises
  • stewards:  attend charity's events
  • fundraisers:  securing funding for any repairs needed

We envisage the committee meeting on a regular basis when any matters relating to the premises may be discussed and reported to the Leadership Team.
