Cheer Squad Volunteers - various events in London this autumn

Looking for a fun day that is full of cheer this autumn?

Volunteer at the one or more following events and help make a difference.

As a Cheer Squad Volunteer, you will help Rainbow Trust by representing us at the following events:

• Vitality 10k - Sunday 28 September

• Swim Serpentine, Hyde Park, London - Saturday 20 September

• Royal Parks Half Marathon, London - Sunday 12 October

Our Cheer Squad Volunteers help us to raise awareness of the work that we do with children with a life-limiting condition, and their families, and to help raise the vital funds needed to support even more families.

Volunteers must be 18 or over.

By volunteering, you will gain:

•  Professional training and opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge
•  The enjoyment of becoming part of our friendly and welcoming team, knowing you are making a valuable contribution to the lives of the families we support
• A calendar of social events for volunteers, including Christmas events and celebrations for Volunteers’ Week
•  Reimbursement of your reasonable out-of-pocket travel expenses

What skills do I need?

We’re looking for people who are:

• Confident, friendly and outgoing

• Trustworthy, reliable and honest

• Team players

• Flexible - as we may ask you to help with a few different tasks on the day
